update 7/10/22:  I added chamfers to avoid first layer squish to the OpenSCAD.  The prebuilt v2 suffixed stl files have this bottom chamfer.

update 7/9/22:  I created this and posted it this morning then noticed salfter beat me to a very similar idea here.

Very weird coincidence as I was not aware of his design when decided to write this.  I like the tapers on his.  I learned from that and integrated it into v2 of my code.  His is a nice design where his retains the center rotating section with a bump out.  Mine does not and the cylinder is free to slide out assuming there is adequate tolerance.

OpenSCAD code to easily pick your own parameters and generate custom stl files for testing.

outside shape is a hexagon to optionally print on it's side without requiring support and for a tool if needed to be held to break center cylinder free (tolerance too tight)

Screwdriver slot if the center cylinder needs additional force to break free

The outer hex does not change size when the tolerance is adjusted (default is 18.00mm across the corners; 15.588 mm across flats) .   It is the inner cylinder diameter that changes with tolerance.

Different layer heights will have different tolerances.  I wanted a simple and quick print to help me discover what my printer hardware, calibration, and slicer profile will allow.

I also included from 0.1 to 1.1 mm tolerance files in 0.1mm increments for reference.
