4 inch hose adapter to 5 inch AC window vent

How this project started:

After researching VOCs I'm still more comfortable exhausting them out of the house when dealing with things like ABS.  I do have a really good air filter with a carbon filter, plus HEPA/carbon scrubbers inside the enclosure.  I needed an adapter for the AC window vent I purchased to adapter to the 4 inch hose I'm using for venting fumes out the room.

Portable AC Window Vent Kit:

• Or any similar with a 5 inch round threaded adapter.

Print Settings:

• No supports.
• Default PrusaSlicer settings for PLA 0.20mm quality should work.  If the inner threads are not staying attached to the model use variable layer height or the 0.15mm preset.

Assembly (use the cover picture for reference):

1. Thread the adapter into the AC Window Vent.  The threads on them are not great and can take some fiddling to get it started.  This one is threaded counterclockwise.
2. Expand a section of the hose and thread that into the inner adapter.
