This is a nice little enclosure that I designed for the Sparkfun Decade Resistance Kit 13006. It includes printed knobs and a faceplate so that only the selected resistance digits are displayed.
I have included the Fusion 360 file if you want to customize it for other electronic enclosures.
I used a honeycomb pattern for the faces that are on the bed to produce a nicer finish. The main extrusion has two relief lines that can be cut to make it easy to install the jacks and board. There is a socket tool for tightening the jack nuts. It will accept a 4mm micro bit or hex drive if needed. For printing the knobs start with black, then white, then your colour, then white, then your colour again. There is g-code for two single knobs, then the remaining three. If your knob comes out a bit loose a tiny amount of CA will solve that. The faceplate attaches with double side tape or just lay it in place. I included an ohms law triangle that can be fixed to the faceplate if you like.
The screws are 2.3x15mm, https://www.greathobbies.com/productinfo/?prod_id=KUZKAG02622A
