Fidget Spinner

I designed this spinner to recycle used roller blade bearings and entertain the neighbor kids.  Put the best spinning bearing in the center location of this spinner.

Bearings size:

20 mm outside diameter

8 mm inside diameter

7 mm wide.

Print in your school or favorite team colors.

The buttons in the center bearing allow you to hold the spinner down on a flat surface and give it a really energetic spin or hold it between your thumb and forefinger to feel the gyroscopic forces.

I used PETG filament but PLA should work fine.  All parts press together without the need for glue.  I printed with a 0.40 mm nozzle at 0.20 mm layer height with 100 percent rectangular infill and 5 perimeters on  a Prusa MK3S+ machine.  All parts can be printed without supports.   Push the 4 bearings into one of the housing halves. Press the second housing half onto the first half firmly.  Press the button with the large hollow axel onto the center bearing and press the button with the small axel onto the first button’s hollow axel.  Press all the parts together firmly and start spinning.
