This is just a coupler i designed for the tronxyXY, I dont liek the metal ones (dont ask me why, i just dont) so i made this one which are much easier to install and less problematic.
NOTE: i know the springiness of the metal couplers helps with any misalignment, i dont have one and Im happy with these new ones.
Printer:
Tronxy X3 Grand
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.2
Infill:
doesn't matter (i used 5%)
Notes:
These couplers where printed with a .4 nozzle, and the model already has "space" for X-Y compensation, it should fit just right.
Post-Printing =============How to install them:
first remove the original couplers.
Then, "screw" the rod to it, you may need to do more or less force depending on the infill and the calibration you have in the printer, overall it should have a snug fit.
then you can insert in into the motor.
Due to the "D" cut hte motor has, there's not need for a screw, and the snug fit will prevent any problems.
