there are two versions for different blades:
(A) for numbers: 9, 10, 10A, 11, 11K, 12, 13, 14, 15, 15B, 15C, 16, 17, etc..
(B) for numbers: 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22A, 23, 24, 25, 36, etc..

parts needed to assembly:
2 x M3 nuts
2 x M3 16mm long flat head screws

I've printed it with ABS.
No Supports needed. 
Resolution: 0.18.
Infill: 35%.

It's very simple and easy to use! )
