Extruder plate cable support - Ender 3

Cable support for Ender 3 series, for mounting on the extruder plate after direct drive conversion.

The plate that the extruder stepper motor was mounted to prior to the direct drive conversion was unused, and the cable could use some support to avoid dragging on the printbed edge

Prints without support when turned so that the small end of the ‘tract’ (the end facing the print bed) is facing down against the bed
