Print the parts twice and flip one. Drill the outer round hole with 4mm drill. Use a M3 Threading Taps for the threads. Use a Allen M3 bolt with a appropriate length

I also uploaded pictures of the measurements if you want to model something your self to attach 

 

I did some strength test and the 3D printed claws did not brake while using the robotics arm max force of 100N
