This is a piece designed to mount a ButtKicker Mini LFE to a 2-inch tube on a sim racing cockpit. You can see by the photos why this is advantageous to get good separation between the left and right front wheel vibrations. The cockpit shown is an rseat N1.

I used 3.5-in 1/4-20 bolts to secure the mounts to the cockpit. With my printer, I had to ream out the holes slightly with a 1/4-in drill bit. I drew the hole sizes the same diameter as in the mechanical drawing supplied by ButtKicker.

For my installation, I printed 4 of these mounts -- two per ButtKicker.

Notes:

I printed this with 6 shells, 6 top layers and 6 bottom layers to give the mount enough strength to be bolted firmly to the tubing and also conduct enough sound and vibrations into the tubing.

How I Designed This ===================

The Fusion 360 model is attached. You can modify the 50mm dimension if your cockpit uses something other than 2-inch tubing.
