Prusa i3 MK2S shorter LCD support

Shorter LCD supports for the Prusa i3 MK2S to make it fit better into my lack enclosure.
I found that even with the 45° heatbed cable support (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2862941) the Prusa i3 MK2S is too big to fit inside the lack enclosure without relocating the LCD. Most mods attach the LCD to the outside of the enclosure and route the cables through the lack table. However as I regularly take my printer to events I prefer leaving the LCD attached to the printer.
With this mod, the printer fits inside the enclosure with the display still attached.
