A case design I have used for a couple of home made synthesizers I have build. The side panels and internal support brackets are 3D printed with laser cut bottom, top, front, and rear panels. It can be easily modified for width if you need more room for controls or shrunken for smaller projects. I am providing blank panels for customization.
The side panels and supports are designed to use M4x5mm threaded inserts. The supports also need M4 hex nuts. For my projects I have used matte finished and smoked mirrored acrylic with a plywood bottom. Markings are made by engraving the acrylic and filling the markings using Posca paint markers.
