Got the idea from CourtneyJMadsen. However there were no source files. The tube that this has to fit over can be extremely variable. This download contains Fusion 360 files, so it is very easy to modify.

Probably every TP holder is gonna be different. I included the Fusion 360 files so that it would be very easy to edit this to fit whatever dimensions you have.

The large end has two cuts. A smaller one for the TP holder end to fit into. And another larger cut just big enough enough to hold the tube itself. The small end has three cuts. It has the two cuts that are in the large end and another to actually hold the small end itself. This allows room to slide the large section over the small section so that you can compress the unit enough to slide it into the holders.
