Cheng Liang P360W24V PSU 92mm fan mod

This is a 92mm fan mod for the common Cheng Liang P360W24V power supply.

The assembly requires you to have the following items:

• 4x M4x30 or M4x40 (with spacer) flat head machine bolts
• 4x M4 washer
• 4X M4 nut
• 92mm fan
• optional mesh for 92mm fan

I didn't have M4x30 bolts on hand, so this is the reason for the spacer.
