Ryobi Link doesn't have to be expensive! Print your own cleats, and adapt your existing things!
This cleat design has gone through several iterations to ensure that it is a perfect match to the slight downward and back angles in the cleat rest of the rail. Once seated, it will rest solidly, and not rock from side to side.
Additionally, I've added a center hole to line up with the rail's center hole, so that you can use a screw to keep the cleat affixed in place when using it. I've found a 25.5mm/1 inch screw is long enough to go through the cleat and rail, but short enough to not hit the wall.
To make it easy to remix and include in your own designs, I've included a STEP file, and my Fusion 360 design
If you'd like to add a Ryobi Link logo, I suggest checking out my logo plate, designed to fit in the front of this design.

Designing this cleat gave me a real appreciation for how much thought Ryobi put into designing the Link system.
Additionally, a lot of time, effort, and filament went into bringing this to fruition. Donations are greatly appreciated.
