I found myself in need for a candle flame to use with RGB-LED-strips and an Arduino in a holiday decoration project (which I obviously barely finished for said holidays. But there is always next year). This is a simple shape sculpted in Fusion 360. The idea is to print it in vase mode and put it over some LEDs.

Keep in mind to rotate the flame by 90\u00b0 to make it stand properly. Still working on that one...

On a side note, I did consider making this a \"proper\" print with a hollow tube for the LEDs and the space between that tube and the outer shell filled with 5-10% infill in order to diffuse the light better. I might do that next year. For now, a plastic bag wrapped around the LEDs did the trick just fine, and it prints a lot faster in vase mode.
