A combined print cooling fan and heatsink cooling fan holder for E3D v6 hot end. Made with right-hand Bondtech BMG extruder in mind, but should be ok for most of the other ones, as long as they don't project out in front too much. Design is suitable for printers with at least 22 mm free space in front of the hot end and is really compact.
Now with IGES file for remixing.

Notes:
Print this in ABS, PET or PC for temperature stability. This is a hard print, needs plenty of supports and some experience with slicing. Orient the model with the flat part horizontally. Print slowly to ensure good layer adhesion, the surfaces are quite thin. The print might break during cleaning in the very thin part where the E3D fan is mounted, but don't worry, we will fix this during mounting - the fan is the structural element here.
Post-Printing =============Mounting
First mount the E3D v6 cooling fan using four M3 ow 3mm wood screws. The print might break in the very thin part where this fan is mounted, but don't worry, the screws and the fan are more than enought to hold it together afterwards - the fan is used as a structural element.
Clip the holder with the fan on the heatsink, the bottom lip of the print cooling air guide should be 2-3 mm above the plane of printing.
Use a 3x30 recessed head wood screw to fix the holder on the heatsink and snip off the tip of the screw using wirecutters afterwards.
Insert the radial fan in the hole of the print cooling air guide and screw it in using 2 M4x20 screws (directly into plastic).
Route and connect cables, you are done.
