PTFE Tube Cutter

PTFE Tube Cutter

This cutter cuts PTFE tubes with an outer diameter of 4 mm. The printing time is less than 50 minutes and the assembly time is about 1 minute. The PTFE Tube Cutter is a remix of my filament cutter (see here).

The following materials are needed for assembly:

• 2x M3 cylinder head screws (length: approx. 4 mm)
• 2x M3 hexagon nuts
• Snap blade (blade width: 9 mm, 3 parts/segments)

• Printer: Prusa MINI (0.4 mm nozzle)
• Rafts: No
• Supports: Yes
• Resolution: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 20 %
• Filament brand: Verbatim
• Filament color: Red
• Filament material: PLA

Tips

• If you print the cutter with supports (see 3mf or gcode file), then the supports (in the cutting slot) can be loosened and removed very well and easily with the cutting blade when assembled.
