Raspberry Pi IR camera mount for Ender 3 Pro

This is a remix of dojohnso's camera rail mount. I added a plate which connects to a raspberry pi IR camera via four M2 screws and nuts. The backplate connects to the arm with a single M3 screw and nut, which allows the camera angle to be adjusted. I also shortened the rail attachment as my build plate was running into it.
