Parametric credit card size smartphone support

Open .scad file (you must install first OpenSCAD freeware software)

If you need, change phone_thick variable if your phone is thicker of thinner.

Also you can change angle variable if you want your phone more or less inclined.

Set print_card=1 and others to 0 for to generate only the frame.

Press F6 and then File / Export / Export as STL

Repeat process setting print_card=0 and others to 1 for to get the folding mechanism.

For the frame, open Slicer, click Generate support material, and Export G code.

For the folding mechanism, do the same but adding one pause at 1.25 height, because we must insert shafts (I used sewing needles because are strong and thin)

For the central top shaft, insert one uncut needle (see picture), it is used only for support.

It must be removed when folding mechanism is mounted inside the frame, and then, add one that cross the frame and the hinge
