1" Bias Tape Maker with rotary mat clip

This is a remix of Mquin123's excellent 1" Bias Tape Maker. A clip has been added so it can be clipped to a rotary mat and the fabric fed into a laminator for (somewhat) automated making of 1" bias tape.

*Update:

Added Faster_5cm_bias_tape_maker_w_clip.stl based of ongaroo's also excellent faster-print bias tape maker. Again, modified to clip onto a rotary mat. Since I'm batching these out for mask makers, this model saves a lot of resources, since it prints in about half the time with about half the material.
