This is a REMIX and enhancement to the Filament FAULT detector by re-NABLE.

re-NABLE's design is good, but I had a couple minor issues:

  1. I wanted to integrate it into a heated dry box: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2778707 The re-NABLE "bracket" did not work with the spool holders I already printed.

  2. I noticed binding of the filament though the lever. Adding a length of PTFE tubing reduced friction

  3. I wanted to use a stock of my existing roller micro switches and they did not fit into the re-NABLE box.

  4. There wasn't a sufficient "parts list" or documentation in the re-NABLE build.

Something I noticed while remodeling items was when using a roller switch, the sensor acted only as a "Tangle Sensor". Since I have a filament run-out sensor near my Bowden extruder I was fine with this.

FULL documentation is now in the Thing Files!
