Tiny Nozzle Box Vase Mode Customizable

I wanted a quick nozzle box with a label so I could store my nozzles in an specialized organized instead of a bag. The challenge here was to make a box for the tray of nozzles that fits tightly. It has a small tab so it is easy to pull out of the box.

What to print?

You need to print the tray and a box with the label you want. You can customize the label with the OpenScad file.

5x2 holds 10 nozzles. (108 cm, 3.2 grams with box)
4x2 holds 8 nozzles. (89 cm, 2.6 grams with box)
3x2 holds 6 nozzles. (69 cm, 2 grams with box)

Printer settings

For the GCode I provided I used pretty much default settings for Prusa MK3 and Mini. I just toggled vase mode, and removed the skirt so it saves a drop more of filament.

If you desire to change the wall thickness or other thing in the design you should check the OpenScad file. I provided labels for the parameters so you don't need to understand what the code does (I hope). Be aware that I used version 2022.05.16 so it might not work with older versions.
