I designed a slip-on mouth piece for this particular ocarina in Fusion 360 that changes the angle of this Ocarina mouth piece by 45 degrees to make it more comfortable to play.
I printed my ocarina at 80.7% scaling (Eb tuning) so I printed this mouthpiece at 81% with a brim and it fit on tightly and works well. If you already have the full sized version, you might consider printing at 100.5% scale perhaps or you might need to sand a little more.
I also saw that there was a collar remix someone else made that probably could be connected to this as well with a little bit of effort.
I included the source file also.
Note that it is possible to merge this relatively easily with the Ocarina in Fusion 360 to produce one model that includes this angled mouth piece.
Update: I did this for everyone in the link below and also updated the mouth piece to use a rectangular channel that lines up with the original air channel nicely. The integrated unit at the following link would be the one I would print if I didn't already have one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4689924
