Migbot Prusa i3 Extended Z-Axis Sensor Mount

The Z-axis mount that came with the Migbot Prusa i3 was a bit too short and I created this one to extend by roughly 15mm. After installing, you will likely need to re-adjust your z-offset in the firmware.
