I had some exterior doors installed that have large windows in them. The windows are held in place by plastic beveled trim, which is screwed in place. The screw holes are ugly. The doors came with some plastic caps, but not enough to cover all screw holes, so I designed a close, albeit imperfect, substitute and printed in white PLA.

I plan to paint the trim so these plugs will become nearly invisible. I'm pleased by the result considering I have very little 3D design experience. Please comment if this design helps you! I searched the web for an hour to try purchasing these plugs but was unable to find them anywhere.

I printed at a pretty high resolution but the lower resolution tests I did look good too, because the layer lines approximate the faux wood texture of the plastic they slip into.
