M8 to M10 adapter

Don't be like me, don't break a Bondtech Dual geared extruder trying to screw a plastic thread adapter directly to the 89 euros piece.

This adapter was made so you can screw it in the brass piece that usually comes with the extruder and can attach a push fitting on the other end which usually has a M10 thread.
