Superb tool! Worked great on my Alps keyboard project. The first few times the outer tips weren't sharp enough to go under the switch clips, but after opening a few switches it started working flawlessly.

Good design, but I printed it 3 times and and it always stuck together. The 2 part remix is much easier.
Very difficult to print, have like 5 failed attempts because the mechanism wouldn't free up, but works fine if you are able to get it to work.
Working on a remix to make it not print in place
@Neptune_1940073 Your 3D printer might need some calibration. For me the model printed perfectly the first time on my Prusa MK4.
@yaro_b_1235177 trust I tried every calibration step I could find. my ender 3 just never printed super well. I did end up making a 2 part fastened version (edited)
Needed it ASAP and only had crappy no name filament left. This and using .3mm layer height made it a bit stiff to get the hinge loose but after that it worked like a charm!
Absolutely fantastic job engineering and modeling this tool! Printed in place with a 0.25mm nozzle in PCTG filament. Opened and closed pretty easily right off the printer! Pro tip: If you put a drop or two of Super Lube (synthetic oil kind with "Syncolon") it gets extra smooth operation 👍
