Handles to fit Body Champ VKR1010 Power Tower. The Lat/Pull-Up bar on this station has nice padded handles, but the dip station handles are small and hard. These handles, printed in TPU with the right amount of infill solves this problem giving a much more comfortable handle. These slip over (with a tight interference fit, like a bicycle handle) the existing handles and have a subtle squish to them when you apply 80-100lbs of bodyweight to each handle.
OpenSCAD file included. It's highly parameterized so should be useful as a general handle starting point.

3 Perimeters, Avoid Crossing Perimeters. Seam Position: Aligned. 3 Top Layers, 3 Bottom Layers. No Brim, but good to have a skirt at 2mm for 1 loop for 1 layer because TPU likes to ooze. Perimeters at 35mm (it's TPU, go slow if you want the candy look). First layer at 20% speed onto textured steel bed. Retraction length to zero if you want to avoid nozzle jams, more if you know what you are doing.
