I have two 4" landscape drains at one corner of my driveway, large enough to swallow tennis balls, so I designed and printed these. They fit common US 4" landscaping corrugated black pipe and have 4 options of grille (2 grid & 2 slats), each with a deep (140mm) & shallow (30mm) pipe option.
Shallow will be the most useful I expect, the deep ones I used here because I wanted to bridge a join I'd made on the other side of those openings when repairing them.
OpenSCAD file included for easy customization.
Of the two I printed, I chopped off a piece of the flange so it would snugly fit the less-than-round edge of the driveway (the model pictured on the bed, and the right one of the two drains). I used a slicer print modifier for this.
