YOU WILL LOOSE BUILD-SPACE with this design! Around 10mm on each side of the X-Axis. You will need to print the spacer and put it over the endstop. Otherwhise you will get a suprise on the first time you try to make a homing.

I'll had some issues to get a good cooling solution. I'll did not had stron enough fans for my other design to get statisfyed with the result.

The radial fans i used (505015mm on 24V) where really strong. I run them on maximum 50% otherwhise my hotend can't keep the temperature (40W). It is neccessarily to protect the heating block by cooling down. I used some spare insulating non inflamable material which i packed into caption tape.

The 30mm front fan is based on one of my other designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2839264

The bed-level sensor things are described here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3090618
