Charging stand for Crivit Rechargeable LED torch

The Crivit rechargeable LED torch, a Lidl middle aisle special, shipped with a wall mountable charger.  I didn't want to wall mount it, and it didn't keep the charging connection very well unless the torch was hanging in the charger, so I made a charger stand for it.  The charger screws to the stand with the screws provided to wall mount it.
