My friend had a magnetic wired charger set up in her car but wanted a place to just drop the phone and go.
I set this up (by request) to "lock" the phone in behind the shifter, so when you're in drive you cannot access the phone to prevent texting while driving.
Note this uses the older style magnetic chargers and would need a small modification to work with more current adapters. If there is interest I might make a modern one or a QI-based one.

Notes:
I printed these in PLA to test the fit and they work fine... but after a good windows-up heat wave it'll warp too much to get the phone in.
You can get power from the nearby cigarette lighter, and just transfer the mirror switch unit over.Since I don't expect anyone to actually use this, I'm leaving all the text and garbage on there. :-P
Break away the supports in the middle and push your cord in from the back. I like to wrap the cord around in a knot but you don't need to.
The part should push right into the car.
