Nose Shield for DJI FPV Goggles

I was able to eliminate light leakage from top or sides by using the optional more thick face mask from DJI, but that mask offers no protection around the nose. I did lots of experiments with foam or other third-party face masks, but no one was convincing.

So I finally tried to shield that big open nose gap in the goggles by a 3D printed shield and that works quite well for me. There is no guarantee that it will also work well for you, as each face and nose is different. So I included the FreeCad source for adaption to your individual nose.

The shield is glued to the goggles by thin straps of double sided 3M construction adhesive.

Print with any type of filament including TPU, resolution of 0.2mm.
