There are two versions, the original model ripped straight from the game, and the "Printable" version which is much easier to print. I added to the model using Windows 3D Builder so you can use the 3mf file to add more if you want, or just take the stl and send it straight to the printer.
I added the Tomahawk wheels since those are the ones I use on my car in-game, but other wheels are available in a different design on my profile, although those wheels will need to be scaled and then add the "wheel_addon" to be fully compatible with the car.
Update: I edited the body to include the wheel cutouts and included front and rear wheels. The wheels can either be printed as one piece or as a separate rim and tire in case you want to do a color change or use a flexible filament for the tire.

Notes:
Print with whatever settings/infill you are comfortable with. I like printing with ABS so I can smooth it with acetone and paints generally bond well.
Post-Printing =============Not much post-printing is necessary. The wheels should simply snap into the axles and rotate freely after wearing them in for a few minutes. To prevent the wheels from squeaking or wearing down prematurely, I recommend adding a bit of lithium or dielectric grease.
