-With this you can apply beads of premixed two part epoxies, butter, Nutella or other gooey concoctions. Scoop the stuff inside with a putty knife, slide the inner sleeve inside the outer one and lock it in place with the top plug. Put the plunger in the back end and give it a try. It comes apart after use so that it can be cleaned and reused. -Nov 10, 2020: All the pieces are now drawn and the print goes together so there! I'll upload all the pieces needed to put it together. I don't think the long rack is sturdy enough to apply sufficient force and I plan to change the design a bit but for now there's enough pieces for folks to put one together and play around with it a bit. I've left out connecting pins because they never print very well; I'd suggest drilling holes I've left undersize and inserting steel pins. Pins can be held in place with press-on internal star washers. Barrel_02 and Sleeve_02 have smaller openings but they should print fine without support.

Nov 4: the thing is evolving; I should have all the parts drawn up in another day or two.

Nov 5: Memory lane time: I designed this thing nearly 40 years ago and I made it round in order to use off the shelf nested round brass tubing as nested square tube wasn't available. Now I find that the round version is unnecessary so I'm dropping it to concentrate on the square one. To date the following pieces are done and ready to print:

-Square_Sleeve_05

-square_Barrel_04

-Trigger_01

--Others will follow in time but I'm dropping files of the round version.

Suggestion: in full scale this thing takes forever to print. A 75% scale version is plenty big enough to apply small batches of epoxy and it prints in half the time of the full size version.

Nov 5 Evening: everything redrawn except nozzle. Will upload corrected stuff in the morning.

Nov 23: uploaded Nozzle_02 which has a smaller opening.
