Voxelab Aquila - Satsana fan shroud remix

I initially remixed this as my stock fan shroud got slightly defaced during maintenance and looking for a replacement. Also while at it, I added some matching design for the fans cover, fit a 4020 fan size and a workaround for the stock blower slight air leakage that I read online.

However take note that I eventually never actually printed this as I've got another new project in mind (laser with cylinder support & CNC addon) but this shroud huge fan duct doesn't fit the project. It should work as per the original design as I only added some changes as mentioned above. There's several types:-

1. 4010 fan size with or without BL-Touch mount.
2. 4020 fan size with or without BL-Touch mount.
3. Slim side blower covers. This can be used with any of the shrouds available here.
4. Slim front fan covers. Note due to printing tolerances especially for the front cover at an angle, you might have to file down the 2.5mm tabs slightly and/or enlarge the cover holes.
5. Or you can choose the front fan cover with duct. Requires M3 x 20mm screws as per original design. There's two versions of this, a slim type which you can snip off the tabs if you don't like them. This looks as if the cover is floating off the shroud. Or a flushed version that fills the gap between the cover and the shroud.

Notes:-

• You can print the fans covers front facing flat down on the print bed. Where else the housing printed rear facing down as per original design.
• Credits to all the remix designers and the original design owner (I'm not sure who) of this Satsana Fan Shroud.

• 20220204 v66 - First release.
• 20220206 v84 - Added matching duct type front fan cover. Fixed blower mount for all shrouds, those who already printed can choose to file off the misaligned rear end blower stopper.
• 20220209 v92 - Added a flushed (no gaps) version of the duct type front fan cover.
