This is a parametric dovetail filler for your removed iron sights on for example a Marlin 1894 or any other really.
To make a perfect fit for your gun, you'll need to download the files and open the .f3d file with Fusion. You can edit all the parametres you need to perfectly model your dovetail.
The editable parametres are:
width_in_barrel : This is the width of the flat bottom surface in your barrel dovetail cut, measured perpendicular to the bore axis
lower_dovetail_width : This is the actual nominal width of the dovetail at the bottom, you can most easily measure this from the removed sight.
upper_dovetail_width : This is the width of the dovetail cut at the top, measured in line with the bore axis (I've done it this way to make it easier if the dovetail is a bit opened up, as some of them are...)
dovetail_height : This is the height from the bottom of the dovetail to the top of the cut.
barrel_diameter : obviously the barrel diameter at the point where you removed the sight. if you make this a massive number
The fillers in the pictures were both printed a tad (0.2mm) oversized at the upper_dovetail_width, then hammered into place. the extra material was simply cut off.
