This is a set of holders for the MPCNC or any other type of stationary bed system for a 3d printer
There is a corner, side, and center piece to use as you see fit. I used #6x1/2" wood screws to attach the plates to the plywood. The center plate has an oversized hole so the screw will seat below the top surface,
Mine are printed in Ninjaflex so there is a little flex to make up for any warping of my plywood printer base. My printer has a 18"(450mm) x 24"(600mm) bed x 3/8"(16mm) aluminum printing plate and these support it nicely. I also have auto bed level to compensate for any movemen
-Update 2/22/16- I added taller versions of all blocks to make 8mm clearance for a silicone bed heater. If you are using a heated bed, then you should not use the center support. I just included it just because. These printed plates do not directly contact the silicone heat pad under the bed, just the aluminum.
I used four corners and 5 side pieces. A side piece should be placed on either side of the heater wires, so no pressure is applied to them.
