Xiaomi Mi Ionic Hair Dryer Adapter 47mm

I printed the parts out of PC-ABS to make them as heat resistant as possible.

There are two parts to make it easier to print. 

It should be a nice thight fit.

If you need to change something about the dimensions, there sourcefile from fusion 360 is uploaded as well.
