Found 2 Duplo slides on Thingiverse, but none seem to resemble the brilliance of the original I saw on pictures online: that you can connect it into an endless slide. I used the models to get the connector positions right, but redesigned everything from scratch, with slanted inner walls for the connector bottoms to improve the fit even on bad prints or when aging.
[UPDATED] Original, this model was by nature in need of a lot of support, which was adding about 50% or more in material use. Even my minimal self-designed support took a lot of material. Furthermore, the thin edges on top broke on one of the 2 slides I printed whilst the kids played with it (along the layer lines). However, one day I thought if I print it 90 degrees turned, I need barely support if I design it right. So LO AND BEHOLD: I added the minimal_support version:
Just orient the print as I show on the added photo. Make sure your print sticks well to the bed: I use glue stick to ensure PLA sticks well, PETG usually sticks well in the first place.
Rafts:
If you think you need it to stick better. I just used glue stick, holds really well.

Notes:
Support depending on the model you choose, one comes with in-build support!
Post-Printing =============
Remove in-build support
If you use in-build support, there is a tiny bit inside the lower connector (supporting the central circle), the zig-zag for the lower ramp part, and the obvious tower under the second (upper) connector.
