I re-designed the whole thing from scratch, so measurements will differ, i also taylored it to materials i use for the hook hangers ect.
Main changes are that the sides are now truly flat wich makes for minimal work in cleaning layerlines.
The belly takes 12 0.4gr lead BBs, treble hooks and split rings should be the same as in the original since size roughly matches.
I also added creases in the back in the hope to improve the action a bit.
The bait dives fast and deep, has a wonderful action to it and makes quite a lot of pressure in the water, so it should be very nice to convince predators to attack it!

Step 1
Clean up the alignment holes with a knife, insert some bits of filament a little over a centimeter long is enough!
Step 2
Glue both halfs together, either with the hook hangers in place like the original, or like me, first glue it together and then glue in twisted wire as hook hangers, both approaches work well alltough the original can be superiour in taking forces when a fish bites. i never had a hook come lose tough, so my approach works too and its a bit easier to bulk produce.
Step 3
Make the model smooth, i recommend using UV resin, dip it in, let it drip off for a while and cure it with UV light, sand it and go on base coat and paint it as you like!
Step 4
GO FISHING!
