The stock bearing blocks aren't tapped on the side to which the optical endstop targets in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2873216/files are to be attached, and I kinda wanted to replace the bearings with bushings anyway to reduce noise, so I mashed the two together.
Print one each of SCS8UU_bushing_block_with_optical_endstop_X.stl, SCS8UU_bushing_block_with_optical_endstop_Y.stl, OptiXB.stl, and OptiYB.stl for a complete set. Add optical endstops (such as https://amzn.to/2PNgsD3) and bushings (such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/-/32476367665.html) and install in place of the stock mechanical switches.

OptiXA.stl and OptiYA.stl needed fixing with MakePrintable before I could bring them into OpenSCAD for integration with the bushing block.
