A simple stackable set of Risers and mounts for your Ortur - Aufero Laser 2.

These can be mounted to a bench or work surface to allow for increased repeatability and accuracy or not mounted and left loose. Below Instructions detail mounting to a surface.

Wire Harness relief mount specifically for the 10w Long Focus Laser module and Air assist tube holder. 

Z-Height Calibration tool and tool holder. Keep the original as a backup. Lightweight PLA tool is non-conductive, non marking and wont damage your materials if dropped the same as a heavy chunk of aluminum will.

Instructions:

  1. Bolt the (4) “Laser Riser Mounts” to the feet of your laser frame using M4X12-16mm Hex Socket bolts. Nylon nuts recommended. mount running longways along the Y-Axis 

      2. Next set the feet on the (4) “Laser Riser Base” parts. 

      3. Set this assembly on the work surface you wish to mount to. 

      4. Trace the outline of the “Laser Riser base” with a pencil.

      5. Remove the Laser assembly from the workspace 

      6. Align the “Laser Riser Bases” inside the traced outlines you created in step 4. 

      7. Run a single screw through the countersunk hole in the middle of each of the “Laser                   Riser Base” parts. 

TIP: if possible, pre-drill these 4 holes with an appropriate drill bit for best results prior to screws. 

      8. Set the laser assembly over the rises bases. it should fit over them just like Legos. if                    adjustments are necessary just cheat your screws one way or the other.  

      9. Add different height riser blocks as need.
