Case for Volk lens 90 and 78 diopter

Case for Volk 90 diopter and 78 diopter indirect slit lamp ophthalmoscopy lenses. You need two 10mm by 1.8mm magnets for the case to close securely. Print-in-place, make sure your printer has at least 0.4mm tolerance for the hinge to work correctly.

The 90 diopter case has a space for a small gonioscope lens.
