Netgear R7000 Router VESA100 Mount

VESA 100 mount for a Netgear R7000 router.

Enables mounting router on back of LCD Monitor. Saves desk space.

I swapped out the router middle antennae with an remote/extension wired antennae, so the middle antennae wasn't in the way of the HDMI cable and/or pointed excessively back towards the wall (taking up space). This is optional.

A Netgear R7000 router has wall mount key holes set 120mm apart. The mount matches the key hole spacing and allows for 5mm button head bolts to be screwed into the mount. The mount holes may need to be reamed/drilled up to 4.5mm diameter so the 5mm bolts can self thread into the plastic.

Install the mount to the LCD monitor VESA holes using 4mm countersink/flush head bolts. Then align & set the router onto the 5mm button head screws.

Printed with ABS, but other filament materials may work as well.

Can be printed at any layer height. I used the CURA's "Use Adaptive Layers" option, so it printed starting at 0.3mm and ended at 0.2mm. Or something like that.
