Small replacement for a broken zip handle. Two parts glued together with a wire in between. I've used some galvanized 1.5 mm iron wire. Can probably work with paperclip wire, or copper wire... whatever available. The groove diameter can easily be modified within Fusion 360 to fit the wire. You can find the CAD drawing in the file section.

Assembly

Bend a 1.5mm (or some other diameter) wire to fit in the groove and form it as a outside loop. Fit the wire loop in the zipper and glue the wire and two pars together with superglue.
