Ender 3 Direct Drive Spacer for EZR Struder and Phaetus Dragonfly BMS

This needs to be used with the spacer for the Phaetus Dragonfly BMS hotend

This spaces out the EZR Struder to be used with many common cheap direct drive upgrade kits for the Ender 3. With this spacer, it allows the EZR Struder to be mounted and aligned with the Phaetus Dragonfly BMS hotend when the hotend is mounted with this spacer in a direct drive setup.

I used the PrinterMods part for this kit as a starting point and remixed it to be a little larger to work with the kit that I have.
