BMG Aero Ender 3 Mount

Mount for MellowStore BMG Aero (Hemera style) to attach it to Creality Ender 3.

There are two parts of mounting plate (plus attachment to add endoscope)

and 5015 blower bracket and fan shroud for it.

You will need two M2 bolts and half dozen of M3 bolts and 4 M3 nut (5 if you adding endoscope)

1. If you want to use endoscope then glue it's mount to left side of extruder mounting plate
2. Unscrew stock hotend.
3. Screw left and right mount in place
4. Cover right of the mount with correction fluid and carefully move extruder body (with attached translucent backplate) from the front in it's place focusing on the position of mounting holes on mount's left part
5. Mounting holes will leave markings on the extruder body. Use this markings to drill 2 holes for M3 bolts on extruder body.
6. Temporally unscrew left part of mount, then attach extruder to right part. Add it's

translucent backplate. Then permanently attach left part of the mount. 7. Add Nema17 stepper, screw it all together and you are good to go!

Heater, thermistor and hotend's fan wires go in the gap between two parts of the mount

Fan mount attaches in existing front holes (originaly intended to mount probes)
