I reduced the mass of this card holder by about 100g: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3086696

I cut the sides open, added storage holes below the cards,and reduced the walls to 0.96 mm thickness.

Printed at 0.32 mm layer height, 60 mm/sec, still takes about 3 hrs.
