Great design! Fit together perfectly.

I printed the minimal version and it was quite difficult to put it together. I understand as it is not easy to get tolerances right for everything for such a snap fit design.
Other than that everything is good, the board fits great :) (edited)
Hey, I'm glad you were able to get it together! The tolerances are really hard to predict given the variations in output tolerances between printer configurations, materials used, and even environmental conditions at the time of printing.
I tried to strike a middle ground that would provide an easy friction fit for the majority of FDM printers but, yeah, it's definitely not perfect for everyone.
@fivesixzero I understand, I design some things myself and it is always very challenging to get tolerances for tight fits for everyone.
But you did great, thanks!
I used the bottom part from this model but the top part from another one ( https://www.printables.com/model/444278-case-with-inserts-for-flipper-zero-wi-fi-module/files) They fit perfectly together. The other model though has labeled buttons which I like a lot. Rigid case. Thanks! Printed in Prusament PLA
@IamJoe Nice! I'm so glad that other remixes have popped up to make for a modular little ecosystem here. Looks great!
THIS is the one to print. Came out PERFECT, no bolts needed as well.
Highly recommend this file. I like the snug fit and the holes for the buttons are perfect.
I printed the flipper-zero_wifi-board-case_minimal-base_v23.stl and flipper-zero_wifi-board-case_minimal-lid_v23.stl
Unsure what the full versions are but this is all you need.
Printed on my X1 Carbon. (edited)
@Paladin_1578692 Awesome! Glad it worked out for you!
Printed it for our Flipper, added an antenna mount that I glued to the back with super glue. I might upload the mount later!
Fits nice. Printed it with transparent PVB.
LEDS light trough pretty nice. Fits well to the rugged enclosure.
I was a bit worried about trying to print the model using PLA, but it came out great.
